Open PSP. Click ..
File-Preferences
General Program Preferences

Click the Plug-in filters tab
make one of the 3 paths as shown 
in folder 1. To do this.....
click on browse...

then C drive

Program Files

Paint shop pro
Plugins
(You may have to make a folder
manually by going to
my computer then follow the same directions)

 Now when you
unzip the programs,
unzip them to the plug in folder.
